The DNP PLT4 Series is a range of high-pressure flat-face hydraulic quick couplings manufactured by DNP Industriale Srl (Italy) to meet the stringent ISO 16028 standard. These genuine DNP couplings are built for demanding hydraulic systems where durability, cleanliness, and reliability are critical — such as in excavators, attachments, and industrial equipment.
Product Overview
The DNP PLT4 design features flat mating faces that minimize oil spillage and prevent dirt ingress during connection and disconnection. Each coupling is machined from high-strength steel and finished in zinc-nickel (Zn-Ni) plating for extreme corrosion protection, providing up to 720 hours of red rust resistance in salt spray testing. With working pressures up to 500 bar, these couplings deliver consistent, leak-free performance under the harshest conditions.
