When Will My Order Be Packed & Shipped?
Most in-stock orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Custom hose assemblies may require an extra 1–2 business days.

We offer standard freight, express freight, and courier services depending on your location and order size. Available shipping options will be shown during checkout, allowing you to select the method that best suits your needs.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. Pickup is available from our warehouse by arrangement. Select 'Pickup' during checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
What if part of my order is out of stock?
