PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series JIC Female Swivel One-Piece Spiral Hose Couplings are engineered for high-pressure hydraulic systems where 37° flare fittings are required. The one-piece forged design eliminates welded or brazed joints for superior durability and reliability. Full-length crimping and Bite-to-Wire technology ensure excellent hose retention and sealing with no skiving required. These couplings swivel to simplify hose installation and connection, making them ideal for general-purpose hydraulic systems using JIC threads across agricultural, construction, and industrial machinery.

JIC THREAD EXPLANATION:

JIC (Joint Industry Council) threads conform to SAE J514 and use a 37° flare sealing surface. The straight threads mechanically hold the connection, while the 37° cone provides metal-to-metal sealing. JIC Female Swivel fittings are widely used throughout Australia and North America on agricultural, mobile hydraulic, and general industrial equipment. Commonly found on tractors, attachments, harvesters, tilt hitches, and hydraulic cylinders.
