We ship Australia-wide using Standard Road, Road Express and Premium Express options. Most metro deliveries arrive in 1–4 business days, with remote areas taking up to 10 days.

Shipping costs vary based on size, weight and location. You’ll see the exact freight cost calculated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) with in-stock items are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse. Custom hose assemblies may take a little longer.

Yes — local pickup is available from our Cambridge, TAS workshop. Just select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.

Most orders ship from our Tasmanian warehouse. Some items may ship directly from our supply partners to speed up delivery.

Yes — we accept returns on most products within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they’re unused, in brand new condition, and not custom-made.
🚫 Please note:
- Custom hose assemblies, cut hose lengths, and special-order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless we’ve made an error.
- All returns must be authorised with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number before sending items back.
- Returns without an RGA will be returned to sender and no refund will be issued.

To start the return process, email us at sales@tasmanianhosesolutions.com.au with your order details. If approved, we’ll issue you an RGA and provide next steps.

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned product, confirm it’s in original condition, and verify all documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We’ll make it right — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where required.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, etc.), we’ll cover the return freight. For change-of-mind or incorrect orders, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Absolutely. We pass on all manufacturer warranties, which vary by product — anywhere from 12 months to 10 years. On top of that, we back our workmanship:
