PRODUCT OVERVIEW:
Continental Fortress® FDA Washdown Hose Assemblies are engineered specifically for high-temperature, high-pressure sanitation cleaning in food processing, beverage production, wineries, breweries, and dairy operations. Supplied fully assembled with 316 Stainless Steel Crimped BSP Male/Female ends and fitted with protective bend restrictors, these hoses deliver hygienic, safe, and durable washdown performance for critical hygiene environments.
Built using Continentals FDA-compliant Fortress® 300 Blue hose, each assembly handles hot water up to 210°F (99°C), while the exclusive Microban® antimicrobial cover actively inhibits bacteria, mould, and mildew growth on the hose surface ensuring cleaner hoses between sanitation cycles. The Carbryn outer cover is oil, fat, and abrasion-resistant, built to endure aggressive washdown conditions with long service life.
