PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The SG-JCFX90 One-Piece JIC Female Swivel 90° Coupling is designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies where a sharp 90° turn is needed without compromising flow or sealing. Forged from a single piece of carbon steel with no welds or brazing, this coupling delivers superior strength and leak-free performance. The full-length crimp and Bite-to-Wire retention ensure a secure hold on spiral hoses up to 6000 PSI. With its swivel nut and precise 37° flare seat, this coupling simplifies installation and ensures a durable metal-to-metal seal in demanding environments.

JIC THREAD EXPLANATION:

JIC (Joint Industry Council) threads follow SAE J514 and use a 37° flare for sealing. JIC Female Swivel fittings connect to JIC male counterparts using straight threads and a metal-to-metal seal. This fitting style is widely used in agricultural, construction, industrial, and general hydraulic applications throughout Australia particularly on tilt hitches, cylinders, mobile equipment, and field machinery.
