PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-JSFX is a one-piece crimp coupling designed for Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) hydraulic systems, offering a 30° cone swivel connection to match OEM ports on Japanese construction and industrial machinery. This precision-machined coupling is built to withstand the pressures of demanding hydraulic applications using spiral hose rated to 6000 PSI.
Forged from a single block of carbon steel, SG series couplings eliminate brazed or welded joints delivering superior structural strength and sealing integrity. With full-length Bite-to-Wire crimp technology and a no-skive design, this fitting ensures quick, clean assembly with maximum retention, perfect for Komatsu, Kobelco, Hitachi, and other Japanese OEM platforms.
JIS FEMALE THREAD EXPLANATION:
The JIS Female Swivel fitting features a 30° internal cone seat and metric thread pitch. It mates with a JIS male having an external 30° flare, forming a metal-to-metal seal under compression. JIS threads are not interchangeable with BSPP or SAE fittings and are common on Japanese-built hydraulic systems.
