BSPP O-Ring Face Seal (OR-BSP)
DESCRIPTION:
This BSPP O-Ring (OR-BSP) is designed to fit into the chamfered groove of BSPP male fittings to create a positive, leak-free seal when used with female ports or adaptors that feature a flat sealing face. This sealing method enhances reliability in high-pressure hydraulic systems by combining the mechanical connection of BSPP threads with the sealing efficiency of an elastomeric O-ring.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Used in conjunction with BSPP male adaptors with O-ring grooves
- Helps prevent leaks in high-pressure hydraulic systems
- Ideal for earthmoving, agricultural, and industrial machinery
- Common in applications where vibration resistance and reliable sealing are critical
