BSPP ENCAPSULATED SEAL INTEGRATED FACE SEAL FOR PARALLEL THREADS
- Built-in elastomer sealing ring encapsulated into the machined face of BSPP adaptors
- Designed to replace separate bonded washers (Dowty) for quicker, cleaner installation
- Eliminates risk of seal misalignment or loss during installation
- Used on male BSPP fittings sealing against flat-faced female ports
- Meets ISO 1179 specifications for parallel thread hydraulic systems
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Leak-free hydraulic connections on cylinders, manifolds, valves and hoses
- Fast installation on agricultural and industrial equipment using BSPP
- Ideal for OEM hose assemblies and custom-built hydraulic circuits
- Common in systems where bonded washers are inconvenient or vulnerable
