DESCRIPTION:
The 1F adaptor is a straight male x male nipple with ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) threads on both ends. Designed to SAE J1453 standard, ORFS fittings provide superior leak protection in high-pressure hydraulic systems by sealing with a replaceable elastomeric O-ring at the flat face of the fitting. This adaptor is perfect for joining two ORFS hoses or ports, especially in systems subject to vibration, impulse, or side loading.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Joining two ORFS hoses or adapting ORFS ported valves or cylinders
- Used in mobile hydraulic equipment, mining gear, forestry machines, and industrial plant
- Preferred in high-pressure systems where leak prevention is critical
