- End 2: BSP Banjo British Standard Pipe (ISO 228/G-Thread style)
DESCRIPTION:
The 1JI adaptor features a JIC Male thread on one end and a BSP Banjo on the other, allowing for compact, low-profile hydraulic connections where space is limited or flexible movement is needed. The banjo bolt passes through the banjo fitting and seals with crush washers on both sides. Common in return lines and fuel systems, banjo fittings are ideal for confined spaces or rotating assemblies.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Used for hydraulic return lines, pilot control circuits, and fuel systems
- Ideal for space-limited areas where standard adaptors won't fit
- Common in tractors, excavators, loaders, and material handling machines

- BSP Banjo: ISO 228 parallel thread for use with crush washers (typically with banjo bolt)
- Note: Banjo fitting must be used with correct-size banjo bolt and washers for proper sealing
