AG/INDUSTRIAL SERIES POPPET VALVE HYDRAULIC QUICK COUPLINGS
The Ag/Industrial Series Quick Release Couplings are durable, steel-bodied poppet valve hydraulic connectors built for general-purpose use in agriculture, construction, and industrial equipment. With a simple pull-to-release sleeve and reliable sealing performance, these couplers are ideal for fast connect/disconnect applications where ease and durability matter.
VALVE TYPE: Poppet
MATERIAL: Steel with trivalent plating
KEY FEATURES:
- Pull-to-release sleeve design quick and simple to operate
- Steel poppet valve delivers secure, leak-resistant shutoff
- Rugged construction suited for harsh outdoor and workshop environments
- Standard seals: Nitrile (Buna N) with PTFE backup
- Temperature range: -25°C to +125°C
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Farm machinery: tractors, loaders, post drivers, slashers
- Industrial and earthmoving equipment
- General hydraulic tool and attachment connections
KEY DIFFERENCES VS QAV (ISO 7241-A SERIES):
- QAV Series: Fully conforms to ISO 7241-1 Type A standard across all sizes
- QOV Series: General-purpose poppet couplers that interchange with ISO A in 1/2€ only
- 1/2" Coupler: Both QAV-08 and QOV-08 are ISO A compatible
- Other Sizes: QOV Series may not follow ISO-A profiles in 3/4" and above €” check interchange requirements before use
INTERCHANGE STANDARDS:
Faster NV*, Parker 4000, Aeroquip FD42, Stucchi IRV, DNP PDV
*Note: In 3/4", QNV-12 is the Faster NV 34 equivalent. All other 3/4" brands = QOV-12
AVAILABLE SIZES: 1/4€ to 1€ BSPP. 1/2" = ISO A standard (QAV-08)
THREAD OPTIONS:
- Standard: BSPP thread
- Optional: NPT thread add suffix -N (e.g. QOV-06M-N)
