DESCRIPTION:
The 1E adaptor is a straight male x male nipple with Metric Flat Face threads on both ends. Designed for ISO 6149 hydraulic ports, these fittings use straight threads and seal with an elastomeric O-ring compressed against a machined flat surface. This design ensures high-pressure sealing with minimal risk of over-tightening or thread galling. Ideal for modern European hydraulic systems.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Connecting ISO 6149 metric ports in hydraulic manifolds or hose assemblies
- Used on mobile and industrial plant, especially where leak-free performance is critical
