- Branch: UNO Male (ORB SAE J514 O-Ring Boss)
DESCRIPTION:
This crossover branch tee connects two JIC Male ends on the run with a UNO Male (ORB) outlet on the branch. It is ideal for combining flare fittings with O-Ring Boss ports, commonly used in American hydraulic valves or cylinders. Provides a leak-free conversion point in high-pressure fluid systems.
THREAD EXPLANATION:
JIC (SAE J514): 37° flare male for metal-to-metal sealing in hose and tube assemblies.
UNO / ORB (SAE J514): Unified National O-Ring Boss thread sealing with internal O-ring on a flat-face port.
COMMON APPLICATIONS:
- Joining JIC hose circuits to ORB cylinder or valve ports
- OEM plumbing with both JIC and ORB systems
- Panel or manifold branch tees in cross-thread builds
