PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The B2-JSFX JIS (BSP) Female Swivel One-Piece Crimp Fitting is ideal for hose assemblies on Japanese-built equipment and Asian OEM hydraulic systems. The JIS 30° cone (BSPP thread) is a widely used standard on excavators, wheel loaders, dozers, and forestry gear particularly across Komatsu, Kobelco, Hitachi, Sumitomo and other common brands in Australia.

Manufactured as a one-piece Bite-to-Wire full-length crimp fitting with no skive required, B2-JSFX provides excellent hose retention and vibration resistance. The swivel nut simplifies assembly and ensures easy alignment even in confined machine spaces. A must-have fitting style for any hydraulic hose workshop servicing Japanese and Asian equipment.

THREAD EXPLANATION:

JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) 30° cone Female Swivel with BSPP thread (parallel thread). The metal-to-metal seal forms on a 30° cone inside the fitting, mating with a male 30° cone adaptor. Often referred to in Australia as €š¬Å€œJIS BSP€š¬ï¿½ thread it is not interchangeable with standard BSPP flat face fittings.
