Our Pressure Washer Hose Kits are fully assembled, high-performance, and ready to go — engineered for both domestic and professional use. Each kit features Vitillo’s Forever Cover technology: an ultra-durable outer layer with up to 500x the abrasion resistance of standard rubber hose covers. That means longer life, less wear, and greater reliability in demanding washdown environments.
Available with your choice of BSP Male/Female or M22 Metric Female/Female ends.
KEY FEATURES:
- Forever Cover = 500x Abrasion Resistance – built for real-world pressure washer abuse
- Available in 1/4” or 3/8” sizes to suit a wide range of machines
- Factory-assembled with BSP or M22 Metric ends
- Rated up to 6000 PSI for heavy-duty pressure washer applications
- Lengths from 5 metres to 60 metres
- Lightweight, kink-resistant, and easy to handle — even in long runs
- Suitable for cold and hot water up to 150°C (model dependent)
HOSE SIZE GUIDE:

Common on electric pressure washers (1500–2000 PSI). Easy to manage and lightweight. Ideal for car washing, patios, and household use. -
3/8” – Commercial / Professional Use
The industry standard for petrol/diesel units (up to 6000 PSI). Offers higher flow rates, better durability, and extended lifespan. Ideal for mobile detailers, contractors, machinery washdown, farms, and industrial cleaning.
