PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series One-Piece Caterpillar Flange Spiral Hose Couplings are purpose-built for heavy-duty hydraulic applications on Caterpillar machinery and other equipment utilizing Caterpillar flange systems. Manufactured from a single piece of high-strength carbon steel, these fittings eliminate brazed or welded joints that can cause leaks under extreme pressures. The Bite-to-Wire interlocking design provides maximum retention, while full-length crimp technology ensures superior sealing performance all without requiring skiving.

CATERPILLAR FLANGE EXPLANATION:

The Caterpillar Flange system uses a flat-face flange design to achieve leak-free hydraulic connections at very high pressures. These flanges are commonly used across Caterpillar equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, scrapers, and haul trucks, as well as other construction and mining machinery following Caterpillar standards.
