PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series 45° Caterpillar Flange One-Piece Spiral Hose Couplings provide superior leak-free performance in high-pressure hydraulic systems where angled hose routing is required. Manufactured from a single forged piece of carbon steel, they eliminate brazed or welded joints that could cause leak paths. Featuring Bite-to-Wire interlocking retention and full-length crimp technology, these couplings deliver maximum holding strength and durability with no skiving required even under extreme working pressures.

CATERPILLAR FLANGE EXPLANATION:

The Caterpillar Flange system uses a flat-face flange design for reliable sealing at very high hydraulic pressures. This flange connection is widely used on Caterpillar equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, haul trucks, and other heavy-duty mobile and industrial hydraulic applications following Caterpillar specifications.
