PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series 90° Long Drop Caterpillar Flange One-Piece Spiral Hose Couplings are designed for extreme high-pressure hydraulic systems where additional clearance and hose routing flexibility is required. The extended drop allows for easier hose positioning in confined or complex installations. Manufactured from a single forged piece of high-strength carbon steel, these couplings eliminate welded or brazed joints that can weaken under pressure. With Bite-to-Wire retention and full-length crimp technology, these fittings ensure maximum sealing, durability, and retention without skiving.

CATERPILLAR FLANGE EXPLANATION:

The Caterpillar Flange system uses a flat-face flange connection for maximum sealing performance under high pressures. Common across Caterpillar excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers, haul trucks, and other heavy-duty mining, earthmoving, and construction machines following Caterpillar hydraulic standards.
