PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series One-Piece Code 62 Flange Spiral Hose Couplings are engineered for ultra high-pressure hydraulic systems. These fittings are machined from a single piece of high-strength carbon steel for maximum durability and eliminate leak paths associated with multi-piece designs. Featuring Bite-to-Wire retention for secure hose grip and full-length crimp technology for superior sealing performance, these couplings are optimized for 6000 PSI (Code 62) flange port systems. No internal or external skiving is required, reducing installation time and improving reliability in the field.

CODE 62 FLANGE EXPLANATION:

SAE Code 62 flanges are designed for high-pressure hydraulic applications operating up to 6000 PSI. The flat-face O-ring flange system allows secure, leak-free sealing under extreme pressure and is commonly used in construction, mining, forestry, and heavy industrial machinery. Code 62 flanges are larger and heavier than Code 61 (3000 PSI) and are not interchangeable due to bolt pattern and pressure rating differences.
