PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Continental SG Series 90° Code 61 Flange One-Piece Spiral Hose Couplings are engineered for hydraulic systems up to 3000 PSI that require tight turns and compact routing. Manufactured from a single forged piece of high-strength carbon steel, these couplings eliminate the risk of leakage at welded or brazed joints. Featuring full-length crimping and Bite-to-Wire retention, they provide superior sealing and hose holding power with no skive required. The 90° design allows hydraulic hoses to be routed cleanly around equipment obstructions without compromising pressure or performance.

CODE 61 FLANGE EXPLANATION:

SAE Code 61 flanges are 4-bolt hydraulic connections designed for systems operating at pressures up to 3000 PSI. The flat-face flange with an O-ring groove provides secure, reusable sealing. Code 61 is widely used in mobile equipment, agricultural machinery, and light industrial hydraulic systems. Not interchangeable with Code 62 due to bolt pattern and pressure rating differences.
