PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The SG-KF45 is a 45° Komatsu Flange Crimp Coupling designed for tight bend routing in high-pressure hydraulic applications. Engineered to Komatsu OEM flange specifications, this one-piece elbow fitting provides a secure bolt-on flat-face seal in systems where standard straight fittings wont work due to space constraints or hose routing requirements.

Its forged one-piece steel body eliminates brazing or welding, removing common failure points under pressure. The Bite-to-Wire crimp design provides unbeatable retention force and a long-lasting seal under extreme working conditions. No internal or external skiving is needed saving time and reducing contamination risk during assembly. This coupling is fully compatible with Continental spiral hoses rated between 3000 and 6000 PSI.

KOMATSU FLANGE EXPLANATION:

Komatsu flanges are flat-face bolt-style connections engineered to match Komatsu OEM ports and adapters. They provide consistent sealing in high-vibration or high-pressure systems such as excavators, dozers, and loaders.
