PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-KF90 is a 90° elbow hydraulic flange coupling designed to suit Komatsu OEM ports and high-pressure spiral hose applications. Its tight-turn radius enables sharp directional changes in tight compartments without compromising performance or safety. Precision-forged from high-strength steel, this one-piece fitting eliminates brazed or welded joints and is built for superior durability and leak prevention in extreme operating conditions.
This fitting features Continentals trusted Bite-to-Wire crimp design for outstanding hose retention and long service life. No skiving is required, reducing installation time and preserving hose integrity. Compatible with spiral hoses rated from 3000 to 6000 PSI, its a perfect fit for demanding OEM, forestry, mining, and mobile hydraulic systems.
KOMATSU FLANGE EXPLANATION:
Komatsu flanges are OEM-standard bolt-on hydraulic connections with flat-face sealing. The 90° elbow design allows for side-exit routing from ports, simplifying hose layout in confined machinery. Widely used on excavators, wheel loaders, and forestry equipment.
