PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The SG-OFFX90 is a 90° ORFS Female Swivel One-Piece Coupling designed to simplify hose routing in tight or angular hydraulic system layouts. It features a robust flat-face O-ring seal per SAE J1453 and a swivel nut for easy alignment during installation. Forged from a single piece of high-strength carbon steel, this fitting offers superior durability and sealing performance without welded seams or skive requirements.

This fitting is ideal for use on modern mobile and industrial hydraulic systems, including Caterpillar, Bobcat, and Kubota equipment. When paired with Continental spiral hoses rated from 3000 to 6000 PSI, it ensures long-lasting, leak-free performance even under constant vibration or pressure shocks.

ORFS THREAD EXPLANATION:

ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) fittings use straight threads and a machined flat-face surface embedded with an elastomeric O-ring. When torqued against a compatible ORFS male or port, the O-ring is compressed to form a leak-proof seal. ORFS is the go-to solution for systems requiring exceptional vibration resistance and fluid containment.
