PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-OFFX90S is a compact 90° ORFS Female Swivel Coupling with a shortened drop height for ultra-tight installation areas. Designed with a flat-face O-ring seal (SAE J1453), this one-piece crimp fitting offers superior vibration resistance and leak-free performance. The short drop elbow makes it ideal for cramped compartments, bulkhead transitions, and hydraulic lines with minimal vertical clearance.
Built from a single high-strength forged steel body with no welds or brazes, SG couplings deliver maximum durability and pressure integrity. The Bite-to-Wire design offers extreme retention strength, and its optimized for use with Continental spiral hoses rated between 3000 and 6000 PSI all without requiring skiving.
ORFS THREAD EXPLANATION:
ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) connections feature a straight-threaded swivel nut and a flat face with an embedded elastomeric O-ring. When tightened against an ORFS male or port, the O-ring is compressed to create a zero-leak seal. This design is trusted by OEMs like Caterpillar, Bobcat, and John Deere for demanding mobile hydraulic systems.
