TPF1K – R8 Thermoplastic / R6 Hose Two-Piece Crimp Ferrule is a Vitillo-engineered ferrule designed for use with SAE 100R8 thermoplastic hoses and selected R6 textile-braided hoses. This precision-machined ferrule provides a secure, uniform crimp that ensures excellent sealing and hose retention across both low- and high-pressure applications.
Manufactured to Vitillo specifications, the TPF1K ferrule offers reliable compatibility with most R8 thermoplastic hose constructions and certain R6 rubber hose sizes. Its high-precision bore and taper profile guarantee consistent crimp results, whether used in hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial hose assemblies.
