SG CRIMP FITTINGS
SG - One Piece Couplings.
Continental crimp couplings are constructed from a single piece of steel without brazed or welded joints to provide ultimate protection against leaks and potential leak paths. With full-length crimps and a low-profile design that will last longer, the interlocking Bite-to-Wire technology delivers maximum coupling retention for safer assembly and reliability under the toughest pressure — no internal or external skive required. Continental SG One Piece Crimp Couplings are suitable for spiral hoses, such as SAE 100R12, SAE 100R13, SAE 100R15 and more from various manufacturers such as Gates, Parker, Ryco, Manuli, Alfagomma, Eaton, Sunflex, Exitflex and more. However, our SG couplings are fully batch traceable and are matched engineered system with the following Continental hoses:
SR12 SAE 110R12 / EN 856 R12 Hose dash sizes below -24 | LCP6S SAE 100R15 / EN 857 4SP All hose dash sizes | ARC12 SAE 100R12 / EN 856 R12 Hose dash sizes below -24 | S4SP EN 856 4SP / DIN 20023 4SP All hose dash sizes | SR13 SAE 100R13 / EN 856 R13 Hose dash sizes below -24 | S4SH EN 856 4SH / DIN 20023 4SH All hose dash sizes | ARC13 SAE 100R13 Hose dash sizes below -24 | XCP3S SAE 100R12 All hose dash sizes | SR15 SAE 100R15 Hose dash sizes below -24 | XCP4S SAE 100R12 All hose dash sizes | ARC15 SAE 100R15 Hose dash sizes below -20 | XCP5S SAE 100R13 Hose dash sizes below -24 | LCP4S SAE 100R12 / EN 856 4SH All hose dash sizes | XCP6S SAE 100R15 Hose dash sizes below -24.
When you purchase our B2 or SG Hydraulic Crimp Tails, we supply you with a Crimp Specification Datasheet, allowing you to build your own assemblies using our matched system. Alternatively, you can download the Continental IQ (C-IQ) Mobile App for Apple or Android and easily access up to date crimp specifications for Continental Hose and Fittings.
