The MS20-DC Mobile Service Crimper is the next-generation replacement for the legendary P20 crimper — the industry workhorse trusted by mobile hose operators for years.
Redesigned with improved usability, faster die changeouts, and a more compact footprint, the MS20-DC is purpose-built for modern mobile hose operations.
Designed for Mobile Use
- 12V or 24V DC powered – ideal for field repairs and mobile service vehicles
- Crimps up to 1-1/2" hose (die sets dependent)
- Lightweight design – approx. 110kg
- Split head and power pack – can be separated from the base to save space
- Perfect for utes, vans, trucks, and trailers

Die Set & Crimp Capacity
- Supplied die range: 16mm (¼" hose) to 47mm
- Maximum finished crimp diameter: 52mm
- Other die sizes available to suit additional hose types
Recommendation:
For crimping 1-1/4" 4 or 6 wire hose or 1-1/2" 2 wire hose, we recommend the optional 52mm die set.
