Stop fighting flat face couplings when trapped pressure builds in your attachment hoses.
This 1/2" Connect Under Pressure (CUP) Flat Face Coupling Set combines an APM Male with an A-HD Female, providing an ISO 16028 interchangeable coupling set specifically designed to make reconnection easier when residual pressure becomes trapped in disconnected attachment hoses.

Measure the male coupling across the mating face. The 1/2" ISO body size measures approximately 24.5 mm across the male face.
Each set includes:
- 1 × 1/2" APM Connect Under Pressure Male
- 1 × 1/2" A-HD Connect Under Pressure Female
Both sides use the familiar ISO 16028 flat face profile while incorporating connect-under-pressure technology. The APM male is designed for connection with residual pressure on the male side when the female side is to drain, while the A-HD female can connect with residual pressure on the female side when the male side is to drain.
For this 1/2" body size, the manufacturer specifies a suggested maximum flow of 90 L/min and maximum operating pressure of 330 bar / 4,785 psi. Always confirm your individual machine and attachment requirements before selection.
