DESCRIPTION:
This ORFS reducer fitting allows you to connect a larger ORFS female port to a smaller ORFS male fitting using a two-piece design consisting of a nut and insert. It maintains the flat-face O-ring seal integrity common to SAE J1453 systems and is ideal for space-limited hydraulic systems or when adapting existing assemblies to new components.
THREAD EXPLANATION:
ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal SAE J1453): These fittings use a straight thread with a machined flat face and a replaceable O-ring. They are extremely reliable under high pressure and vibration, commonly found on modern machinery across a wide range of industries.
