ORFS Tube Nut

DESCRIPTION:

The F200 ORFS Tube Nut is a precision-machined replacement nut used to secure ORFS hose tails or tube fittings to flat-face O-ring ports. Compatible with SAE J1453 systems, this nut plays a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and leak-proof connection of your ORFS hydraulic circuit. Suitable for OEM builds, field repairs, and custom hose assembly tasks.

THREAD EXPLANATION:

ORFS (SAE J1453): Uses straight threads and a flat sealing surface with an elastomer O-ring. The nut clamps the fitting firmly to the mating face, creating a robust and serviceable joint for high-pressure, vibration-sensitive environments.

COMMON APPLICATIONS:

  • Replacement of damaged or corroded ORFS nuts
  • Custom hose and tube assemblies
  • Preventative maintenance of OEM equipment
