JIC Female Hydraulic Tube Nut

DESCRIPTION:

The 2J200 JIC Female Tube Nut is used to secure a flared hydraulic tube or hose tail to a male JIC fitting. This is a standard replacement nut for SAE J514 applications and is critical for ensuring consistent clamping force and sealing integrity. Suitable for use in new hose assemblies or field servicing of existing hydraulic lines.

THREAD EXPLANATION:

JIC (37° Flare SAE J514): Uses straight threads and a flared tube seat for reliable, leak-free metal-to-metal sealing. Common in fluid power applications throughout agriculture, construction, and OEM systems.

COMMON APPLICATIONS:

  • Repair or replacement of damaged tube nuts
  • Custom hose or hard line assembly
  • General-purpose hydraulic service and OEM builds
