Our most advanced washdown system – now fully assembled on a stainless-steel reel.
This premium setup is built around the USA-made Continental Fortress® 300 FDA Washdown Hose, fitted with 316 stainless-steel crimped BSP ends, a 1.5m leader hose, and your choice of manual rewind or spring rewind stainless-steel hose reel. Simply mount the reel, connect the inlet, and you’re ready for high-performance sanitation.
Engineered for demanding washdown environments including food processing, breweries, wineries, dairies, and industrial kitchens, this system handles hot water up to 99°C, resists oil and harsh cleaning agents, and features Microban® antimicrobial protection built directly into the hose cover.
