DNP ISO 16028 Flat Face Hydraulic Quick Couplers

Premium Italian-made hydraulic quick couplers built for demanding equipment.

The DNP PLT4 Series flat face quick couplers are high-pressure hydraulic couplings manufactured by DNP Industriale (Italy) and designed to meet the ISO 16028 international standard. These couplers are widely used on modern construction equipment, excavators, skid steers and hydraulic attachments where clean connection and reliable performance are critical.

The flat-face design minimises oil loss during connection and disconnection while preventing dirt and contamination from entering the hydraulic system.

Available Configurations

Tasmanian Hose Solutions supplies a complete range of DNP ISO16028 flat face couplers including:

Available in sizes from 1/4" through to 1" to suit a wide range of hydraulic systems.

Optional Accessories

Colour coded plastic identification rings for male and female couplers - available for the most common 1/2" body size to help easily identify hydraulic circuits or attachments.
Protective dust caps and plugs for male and female couplers to keep dirt and debris out when not in use.
Helps extend the service life of hydraulic couplers by protecting sealing surfaces.

Connect Under Pressure Option

Tasmanian Hose Solutions also supplies the DNP PLK4 Connect Under Pressure male adaptor, designed to allow connection when there is residual pressure trapped in the hydraulic line.

This helps overcome the common problem where flat face couplers cannot be connected due to pressure build-up in attachments or hoses.

Important: The connect-under-pressure adaptor allows connection with residual pressure only, not with the system under operating pressure.
