ZEC OL7 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose – SAE 100R7 Oilproof Cover
Lightweight, flexible, and oilproof. The ZEC OL7 R7 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose is engineered for medium-pressure hydraulic applications where traditional rubber hoses may not perform. Designed to meet or exceed SAE J517-100R7 and ISO 3949 standards, and Type Approved by Lloyd’s Register, this hose delivers proven performance with excellent resistance to abrasion, ozone, UV exposure, and microorganisms.

- Oilproof polyurethane cover – resists abrasion, ozone, UV, and microbial attack.
- Inner core: Thermoplastic polyester.
- Reinforcement: High-strength polyester fibre braid.
- Working Pressure: 70 to 250 bar (1:4 safety factor).
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C (up to +70°C with air, water, and water-based fluids).
- Vacuum Rating: 0.93 bar; 700 mm Hg.
- Certified: SAE J517-100R7, ISO 3949, Lloyd’s Register Type Approval.
- Pinpricked cover – suitable for air and compatible gases.
