Continental SG Series 90° Caterpillar Flange One-Piece Spiral Hose Couplings are engineered for extreme high-pressure hydraulic systems where tight routing and sharp bends are required. Manufactured from a single piece of high-strength carbon steel, these couplings eliminate brazed or welded joints that can fail under high pressure and vibration. The Bite-to-Wire interlocking design delivers superior retention, while full-length crimping ensures a leak-free, long-lasting seal with no skiving required during assembly.

The Caterpillar Flange system uses a flat-face flange connection designed for leak-free performance at very high pressures.
