Continental SG Series One-Piece Code 61 Flange Spiral Hose Couplings are engineered for high-pressure hydraulic systems operating up to 3000 PSI. These fittings are forged from a single piece of high-strength carbon steel, eliminating welded or brazed seams and minimizing leak paths. The Bite-to-Wire interlocking insert maximizes hose grip and coupling retention, while the full-length crimp ensures long-lasting sealing integrity all with no skiving required. This Code 61 variant is ideal for OEM machinery and mobile hydraulic systems using SAE 4-bolt flange connections.
CODE 61 FLANGE EXPLANATION:
SAE Code 61 flanges are used in medium- to high-pressure hydraulic systems up to 3000 PSI. These 4-bolt flanges use a flat-face O-ring design and are commonly found on construction, agricultural, and industrial equipment. Code 61 and Code 62 flanges are not interchangeable due to differences in bolt patterns and pressure ratings always match the system specification.
