These couplings are forged from a single solid piece of high-strength carbon steel, eliminating the risks associated with brazed or welded joints. Featuring Bite-to-Wire technology for superior hose retention and full-length crimping for consistent sealing integrity, these fittings deliver long-term performance without skiving. The 45° elbow allows for tight directional changes without compromising pressure capability.
CODE 61 FLANGE EXPLANATION:
SAE Code 61 flanges are 4-bolt flat-face O-ring flange connections used in hydraulic systems rated up to 6000 PSI. Commonly found on mobile machinery and general-purpose industrial equipment, Code 61 flanges offer reliable sealing and ease of service. They are not interchangeable with Code 62 (6000 PSI) flanges due to different bolt hole dimensions and pressure ratings.
