The SG-JCFX45 One-Piece JIC Female Swivel 45° Coupling is a high-performance solution for hydraulic hose assemblies requiring angled routing with dependable 37° flare sealing. Designed for use with Continental spiral hoses rated up to 6000 PSI, it features a forged one-piece body with no brazed or welded joints eliminating weak points and leak paths. The 45° angled head allows for cleaner hose routing around tight bends and machinery frames. Bite-to-Wire technology provides superior holding strength, and full-length crimping ensures maximum sealing no skive required.
JIC THREAD EXPLANATION:
JIC (Joint Industry Council) threads follow the SAE J514 standard with a 37° metal-to-metal flare seal. The female swivel design mates with JIC male fittings to create a high-pressure, leak-free seal without the need for O-rings or washers.
