PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-JCFX90L is a Long Drop JIC Female Swivel Coupling designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems requiring extended clearance during hose routing. This one-piece 90° fitting eliminates potential leak points with a forged carbon steel body and no brazed seams. The elongated drop provides extra reach beyond a standard 90°, ideal for maneuvering around tight machinery or structural components. It connects via a 37° flare swivel nut and features Bite-to-Wire retention with full-length crimping for unmatched grip, safety, and durability no skiving required.
JIC THREAD EXPLANATION:
JIC (SAE J514) fittings use straight threads and a 37° flare for metal-to-metal sealing. This female swivel design mates with male JIC counterparts and is commonly used on mobile equipment, agricultural machinery, hydraulic cylinders, and tilt hitches. The long drop configuration supports compact or obstructed installations without kinking or stressing the hose.
