PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-JCFX90S is a compact 90° JIC Female Swivel Coupling designed for tight-space hydraulic installations where minimal drop and sharp angle clearance are critical. Built from a single forged piece of carbon steel, this fitting eliminates leak-prone welds or joints. Featuring a swivel nut and 37° flare seat per SAE J514, it delivers dependable metal-to-metal sealing in a wide range of mobile and industrial systems. The short drop design allows for extremely tight routing around machinery frames or inside equipment enclosures without compromising pressure rating or holding strength.
JIC THREAD EXPLANATION:
JIC (Joint Industry Council) fittings use a 37° flare and straight threads, conforming to SAE J514. The flare creates a strong metal-to-metal seal, while the swivel nut makes installation and alignment easier in confined spaces.
