PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-KF is a heavy-duty Komatsu-style flange coupling designed for one-piece crimp assembly on high-pressure spiral hydraulic hoses. This fitting is ideal for Komatsu machinery and other OEM applications using Komatsu flange standards, providing a robust flat-face seal for secure, leak-free operation in demanding environments.
Precision-forged from a single body of high-strength steel, SG couplings eliminate welded or brazed joints, removing potential leak paths. The full-length crimp area engages Bite-to-Wire technology for superior retention. Compatible with Continental spiral hoses rated to 6000 PSI, and designed to eliminate the need for skiving, this coupling is built for simplicity, speed, and strength.
KOMATSU FLANGE EXPLANATION:
Komatsu flanges feature a flat face and bolt pattern similar to Code 61/62 flanges but are specifically tailored for Komatsu OEM hydraulic systems. The seal is created by compressing the flat face against a matched port using flange bolts. Widely used in mining, construction, and forestry machinery.
