PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-KMFX is a premium one-piece female swivel coupling engineered to match the JIS Metric 30° cone sealing standard, commonly known as the ‚¬Å“Komatsu thread.‚¬ï¿½ Designed for extreme performance on high-pressure spiral hose assemblies, it delivers safe, leak-free performance across mining, civil, and forestry applications.
This coupling is precision-machined from a single block of steel to eliminate welds or brazing. The Bite-to-Wire full-length crimp technology ensures maximum holding power, long service life, and no skive preparation required. It is ideal for use on Komatsu OEM equipment and other Japanese machinery that rely on JIS 30° female threads.
THREAD IDENTIFICATION:
The JIS Metric Female Swivel uses a 30° cone seat and is based on Komatsu OEM standards. These threads are similar to BSPP in appearance but are not interchangeable they are fine-pitch metric threads with a 30° sealing cone, widely used in Japanese hydraulic systems.
