PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The SG-OFFX90L is a long-drop version of the ORFS Female 90° Swivel One-Piece Coupling. Designed for added clearance in tight equipment bays or complex routing paths, it provides extra reach without compromising sealing integrity or strength. This fitting features an SAE J1453 flat-face O-ring seal, a swivel nut for alignment ease, and full Bite-to-Wire crimp technology for secure, high-pressure performance.
Precision-forged from a single steel body, SG couplings remove all brazed or welded joints eliminating common leak points. Optimized for use with Continental spiral hoses (rated 30006000 PSI), it requires no internal or external skiving and performs reliably even in high-vibration environments.
ORFS THREAD EXPLANATION:
ORFS (O-Ring Face Seal) threads use a flat-faced female swivel interface with a compressed elastomeric O-ring seal. When torqued to an ORFS male or port, the O-ring forms a positive seal that resists pressure, vibration, and thermal cycling ideal for construction, ag, and mobile hydraulics.
