The Stucchi IRC100 Series Hydraulic Quick Couplers are heavy-duty, poppet-style quick-release couplings designed for demanding hydraulic applications requiring high flow capacity, reliable sealing and resistance to pressure impulses.
Featuring a TEMA / Nordic-style interchange profile, the IRC series is designed to interchange with compatible couplings using the same interface, making it suitable for maintaining or replacing existing hydraulic connections.
The 1" IRC100 series offers a maximum suggested flow of 378 L/min and a maximum coupled operating pressure of 330 Bar (4,785 PSI).
Manufactured from carbon steel with corrosion-resistant zinc-nickel plating, these couplings incorporate a hardened locking surface, multiple locking balls and a safety sleeve to help prevent accidental disconnection.

Important Information
Standard IRC100 couplings are not designed to connect or disconnect under hydraulic pressure.
Before connecting or disconnecting, shut down the hydraulic system and relieve residual pressure in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's procedures.
Stucchi also manufactures a separate IRC100PC connect-under-pressure version for applications involving residual static pressure. This is a different product and is not included in this listing.
Interchangeability depends on the mating coupling having the correct Nordic-interface dimensions. Confirm compatibility before ordering.
Do not connect or disconnect hydraulic couplings while the circuit is operating under flow or dynamic pressure.
