We pass on full manufacturer warranties for all products — minimum 12 months. For hose assemblies built by Tasmanian Hose Solutions, we offer a 2-year workmanship warranty (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect selection of hose, fittings or application). Delivery and Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using a mix of Road Express and Premium Express services, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Smaller items often ship via StarTrack Premium Satchels (3kg & 5kg), which typically arrive within 1–2 business days to most metro areas. Larger or heavier items will ship via Road Express, with delivery generally taking 3–7 business days, and up to 10 days in remote regions.

Vitillo Alpi 4000 is a premium 2-wire hydraulic hose designed for high impulse applications where flexibility, durability and compact routing are key. Ideal for demanding mobile equipment, civil construction and forestry machinery.
Hose Structure
📏 Construction:
- Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber for excellent compatibility with hydraulic fluids and biodegradable oils
- Reinforcement: Two high-tensile steel wire braids for superior strength and pressure handling (single braid on DN6 sizes)
- Cover: Special synthetic rubber with MSHA flame resistance and superior abrasion and ozone resistance
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +100°C operating, with peak temperatures up to +125°C (+257°F) for extreme applications
